We currently sell, ship to the United States and internationally. We also welcome pick up in Hoboken, NJ.

RETURNs

Returns are possible within 7 days of receiving it. Please reach out using the contact page, explaining the reason behind the return. Items received outside this period will not be accepted.

Both our clay.dle and candle lines must be returned in their original conditons with their original packaging. You will be responsible for all costs associated with returning your item unless with well reasoned explanation and we will provide a return label; Please note that the original shipping costs would be non-refundable.

DISCLAIMER

Each ceramic candle is made by hand behind MOTTAINAI tm. We hold ourselves and the materials we source, to great standards. Due to the handmade, one of a kind nature of the candles, here are slight imperfections that might not be visible in the photography and we hope that these imperfections can be fully embraced.

Always burn candles within sight and away from drafts & things that can catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Keep candles away from direct sunlight and always keep a burning candle within sight. Trim wick to to 1/4" before lighting, do not burn longer than 4 hours and stop burning when 1/2" of unmelted wax remains.
 
All fragrances are made with natural therapeutic grade fragrances; please terminate use if there are any signs of allergies.
